Structurile Şcolii Gimnaziale Hales, la nivelul anului şcolar 2020-2021 sunt:n• Şcoala Gimnazială Hales;n• Şcoala Gimnazială Grajdanan• Școala cu clasele I-IV Tisaun• Grădinița cu program normal Strezeni;n• Grădinița cu program normal Padurenin• Grădinița cu program normal Halesn• Grădinița cu program normal Valea Salciilorn• Grădinița cu program normal Grajdana.nEste foarte important de menţionat faptul că în anul 2020-2021, structurile incluse acestei unități cu personalitate juridică erau mult mai numeroase, acest aspect modificându-se ca urmare a declinului demografic înregistrat la nivelul comunei Tisău.nDe menționat că transportul elevilor este asigurat de microbuzele școlii , elevii având domiciliul în mai multe sate : Haleș, Strezeni, Pădureni, Valea Sălciilor, Grajdana.nBiblioteca școlară este recent îmbogățită, având peste 4000 de volume. Activitatea la nivelul școlii este în mod eficient susținută și de existența CDI-ului, spațiu care deși nu este coordonat de un profesor documentarist este un centru de resurse pluridisciplinare care pun la dispoziția elevilor, cadrelor didactice și a comunității locale informații pe suporturi diferite (fond de carte, reviste, casete audio și video, CD ROM-uri, calculatoare etc.), punând în practică proiecte de animație culturală, oferind spațiul în care se desfășoară activități pedagogice ş.a.m.d.nEste evident faptul că prioritară pentru școala noastră este calitatea învățământului. Este vorba atât de calitatea serviciilor educative (echipamente, dotări, infrastructuri, procesele de predare-învățare), cât și de calitatea produselor (nivelul performanțelor, inserția socială și profesională a absolvenților, participarea socială și civică).

- Școala Hales va fi pentru învățământul buzoian un centru al promovării inovației și oportunităților în ceea ce privește: tehnologia didactică, relațiile dintre școală și comunitate, formarea tinerilor cetățeni ai U.E.; un loc în care tinerii să învețe și să se dezvolte în armonie, sub îndrumarea cadrelor implicate activ în educație. Școala Haleș va fi o școală în care valorile umane vor găsi un mediu favorabil dezvoltării.

• Elaborarea și aplicarea unei proceduri care să eficientizeze modul în care sunt colectate propunerile beneficiarilor actului educativ din școală;
